DPR Construction, a Top 50 U.S. contractor, needed a blueprint for strategic supplier diversity on a major project. They turned to JMI for help in drafting, implementing and executing their plans. DPR engaged JMI to provide services in support of VCU Health’s Children’s Hospital expansion project. In addition to advising on both the selection of Small, Women-owned and Minority-owned (SWaM) subcontractors and leading the project’s workforce development efforts, JMI collaborated with senior management and the preconstruction team to meet project objectives and goals of VCU Health’s supplier diversity program.
