The high-rise construction of Dominion Energy’s corporate office tower was supported by the high levels of consulting expertise that JMI brought to the project. Dominion Energy engaged JMI for guidance in the selection of the project’s engineering procurement construction (EPC) firm, Clayco/Hourigan; the design, development and maintenance of the supplier diversity program; and to work with diverse suppliers to facilitate their access to and retention on the project. Towering proof of the project’s success—with Dominion Energy’s goals and objectives met—can be seen in downtown Richmond’s skyline.
